Etmaam Investments, based in the Kingdom of Bahrain and established in 2008, was founded around the concept of developing unique commercial and residential projects within the Middle East. Etmaam has recently acquired top architects and concept designers as well as life-style consultants in developing its first chain of luxury living in the sky; Delmar lagoon.

Delmar-lagoon brings a new meaning to waterfront living and to apartment living in general. It has employed it’s concept of “Villa in the Sky” which features ceiling-to-floor wide-view windows as well as spacious garden-like balconies, which is a typical characteristic of all of its apartments. The Delmar concept also includes spacious private gardens, known as “sky gardens”, where residents can spend their evenings walking, or just admiring the breath-taking views.

Delmar-Lagoon has been featured in numerous real-estate magazines and hand-outs and was recently featured in the Visionaries magazine. Construction on this masterpiece has commenced and is estimated to be completed in 2010. The official launch of Delmar-Lagoon is expected to take place on January of 2009.
